The Hotel Van Driver can many times set the tone for a guest’s arrival or departure from our hotels! Your role can be the first point of contact our guests have as they begin their hospitality experience. This means your responsibility to have interaction with our guests is vital. Role Responsibilities: Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner Assist guests with luggage Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must possess a valid state driver’s license, successfully pass a Department of Motor Vehicles report and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations. Hospitality industry experience preferred.
