Maadho is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead product development, manufacturing execution, and quality control. Candidates must have strong experience with foodservice disposables, packaging, and consumables , including plastic, paper, aluminum, and related products. This is a full-time, on-site role located in North Salem, New York.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineering & Technical Evaluation

\n
• Manage new product development projects from initial sourcing and sampling through testing, approval, production, and launch
\n
• Assess product designs, materials, and manufacturing processes including: Injection molding, thermoforming, blow molding, paper converting
\n
• Collaborate with suppliers on design improvements and cost optimization
\n
• Interpret technical drawings, specs, and BOMs
\n

Quality Control & Assurance

\n
• Establish and enforce quality standards, SOPs, and inspection frameworks
\n
• Coordinate pre-shipment inspections, factory audits, and testing protocols
\n
• Analyze defect rates, returns, and supplier performance metrics
\n
• Work closely with suppliers to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
\n
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements
\n

Contract Manufacturing & Project Coordination

\n
• Serve as the primary communication layer between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners throughout the lifecycle of each order or development project
\n
• Translate customer requirements, specifications, timelines, and quality expectations into clear manufacturing instructions
\n
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are met
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred), Supply Chain, or Operations
\n
• 5+ years experience in: A) Sourcing/procurement and B) Manufacturing or quality control
\n
• Direct experience with disposable/consumable product categories including Gloves, food packaging, paper/plastic goods, etc.
\n
• Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes
\n
