Prep Team MemberAs a Prep Team Member at Hampton Chocolate Factory, you'll be an essential part of our kitchen team, ensuring every dessert component is prepared with precision, consistency, and care. Your role is hands-on, focused on following recipes and methods exactly as written, keeping production areas organized, and supporting the team to meet daily demands.You'll work closely with kitchen leadership and fellow team members to execute high standards, maintain freshness, and create smooth, efficient workflows.
