Ability to work in a fast-paced conveyor or production line environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify coating defects or missed areas. Ability to safely handle and hang metal parts on production equipment. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Apply powder coating touch-ups to areas missed by automatic spray guns. Inspect coated parts for coverage, consistency, and finish quality. Remove finished parts from the line and place them on designated carts for assembly or shipment. Assist with cleaning and changeover procedures between color runs. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements in a manufacturing environment. Support production flow by ensuring parts move efficiently through finishing stages.
