Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines professional to join our growing team. We don't treat a renewal as paperwork. We treat it as a promise: the chance, every year, to show a client that trusting us with what matters most was the right call. As a Retention Specialist, you will help deliver on that promise. This role is the steady, knowledgeable voice our clients count on, someone who knows their policy, understands their history, and makes sure they're set up right for the year ahead. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for client service, strong expertise in personal lines insurance, and takes real pride in being the reason a client stays. Your key responsibilities may include: Personally review every policy at renewal, side by side with the client, and guide them to the smartest path for their next policy period. Know when to keep a client right where they are and when to re-market their account across our deep bench of carriers to find them something better. Own a book of 2,000+ accounts a year, treating each one like it's the only one. Partner with our incredible teams to deliver a world-class, boutique client experience in every single interaction. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication Serve as a trusted advisor Utilize analysis skills helping the producing agent to assess client requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency success. Minimum of 2 years of personal lines insurance experience in a client-facing role Must have a current P&C insurance license May be located anywhere nationwide but must be able to work PST hours (8-5, M-F) A natural relationship-builder and leader who is warm, clear, and genuinely easy to talk to Organized and proactive, the kind of person who gets ahead of a renewal instead of chasing it This role starts with: Salary of $50,000-$55,000 depending on experience Individualized mentorship to help grow your career Medical Insurance Dental Insurance available Vision Insurance available 401(k) with company match Paid time off Paid continuing education #J-18808-Ljbffr Impact Performance Team
