The Role We're looking for a part-time Personal Assistant to keep our CEO on top of his day — tracking his tasks, meetings, and follow-ups so nothing slips. This role is less about office admin and more about being the person who watches the CEO's workload closely and keeps it moving. What You'll Do Track the CEO's daily task list and proactively flag what's due, overdue, or at risk of slipping Manage his calendar, meeting schedule, and logistics globally (Israel and US HQ) resolving conflicts and prioritizing what matters Prep him ahead of meetings with the context and materials he needs Follow-up after meetings — capture action items and chase them to completion Coordinate travel arrangements as needed What You'll Need Based in Sunnyvale or the greater Bay Area — on-site role, no remote/relocation option 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role Sharp organizational instincts — able to track multiple open threads and keep a busy exec on schedule without hand-holding Nice to Have Experience supporting a bi-coastal or internationally distributed executive Background in a startup or fast-paced tech environment Valid driver's license (for local errands/logistics) #J-18808-Ljbffr
