We are looking for a hands on Director of IT to own the technology backbone the company runs on: identity, endpoints, networking, security, collaboration tooling, and office infrastructure. You will lead a team of two and be personally accountable for both day-to-day service quality and the long-term modernisation of how IT operates. This is a working leadership role, reporting to the VP of Engineering. You will be in the systems, not just managing the queue. We are a Microsoft shop, a fixed constraint, not a preference. You will own the following end to end (administration, security, vendor relationship, roadmap):
Compensation: $150,000- 165,000 base salary plus 10 to 20% discretionary annual bonus
